The Property Management Division of XRealty Limited was established in March 2010 by Pat Jarvey, one of the Eastern Bay of Plenty's most experienced and respected Property Managers.  Pat has worked in Property Management for many years and has extensive knowledge of tenancy law and the local rental market.

Previously, Pat had worked with Earl Austin and together they had established and run the largest rental company in the Eastern Bay.  The rental portfolio grew by over 350% under their combined management.

In early 2011 the growth of the rental department resulted in the addition of a new Property Manager and Personal Assistant.  Dianne Hatcher & Debbie Cooper have been welcome additions to the company. 

The Property Management Division has been set up to enable the landlord the choice of Management Packages, as experience has shown us that a more flexible range of services offered to the landlord was required.  Each Management Package is tailored to meet the individual needs of the landlord while at the same time ensuring that all legal and financial aspects of the rental investment are taken care of.

With Property Management fees from only 5% plus GST, an ever-increasing number of landlords are reaping the rewards of having a dedicated and qualified Property Manager administer and maintain their rental portfolio while at the same time saving hundreds or, in some cases, thousands of dollars in Management fees.
